Family Initiative is focused on children with ASD, their future, their talents, their hopes and dreams. Fi’s Thrive Academy will empower ASD youth and young adults while providing an opportunity for students through an individualized approach to learning. Academics will focus on English Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science that will follow standards-based instruction.

Thrive Academy will empower ASD youth and young adults while providing an opportunity for students through an individualized approach. Utilizing a standards-based instruction where students will focus on academics, safety, social and life skills. Academics will focus on English Language Arts, Mathematics, Social Studies, and Science this will follow standards- based instruction. Students will also participate in electives at Thrive Academy that will align with standards from Core Classes. Our goal is to help students achieve content mastery and academic success while preparing for job opportunity. The integration of these goals will be based on the individuals needs and their specific skill sets. Each student/ participant will work toward earning their diploma while focusing on social and life skills in preparation of a work environment. The blending of skills will help learners in their future endeavors following Thrive Academy.
